With an established reputation and plans to expand its portfolio, they are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales and Business Development to lead group sales activity and maximise revenue across the business. This is a senior, hands-on position with a strong emphasis on proactive business development, alongside responsibility for reactive event sales, private dining, reservations and membership. The successful candidate will develop new corporate and private relationships, maximise repeat business and lead the sales strategy across both venues.
