Head of Risk and Internal Audit T2M Resourcing have been appointed to recruit for a Head of Risk and Internal Audit for a successful global engineering services business. With a global remit as Head of Risk and Internal Audit you will report directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer and be impactful directly influencing Board decisions. .£80,000 to £90,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus and Benefits Package Predominately remote working with travel to meetings as required, including some global travel. As Head of Risk and Internal Audit key aspects of the role will include the following: You will develop and implement the Group Internal Audit and Risk Plan, with a focus on improving the control design and operational effectiveness of controls over key strategic and operational risk areas Perform and communicate risk-based audit reviews of financial, operational, commercial and reputational compliance Be the person providing cost-effective recommendations to mitigate the risks and control weaknesses identified during the review process and maintaining the Group''s Strategic Risk Register, as well as tracking the progress of Management''s implementation of action plans to address key risks within the Corporate Risk Register and present clear and concise findings to the Group CFO, including identification of practical recommendations and solutions with key projects across the organization to ensure risks are considered and appropriately mitigated and keeping up to date ..... full job details .....
