What''s On Offer: Generous salary Attractive benefits package Hyrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) City of London / Liverpool Street Head of Risk and Compliance - What You''ll Be Doing: Lead the day-to-day management of the firm''s UK and European risk and compliance function, supporting the COLP, COFA, MLRO and DPO Develop, implement and continually enhance the firm''s compliance policies, procedures, systems and risk management framework Act as the primary liaison with regulators, managing investigations, information requests, data protection matters and other regulatory enquiries Monitor regulatory developments, provide expert compliance advice, and ensure the firm remains aligned with legal and regulatory requirements Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and driving best practice across the firm Design and deliver training to attorneys and business services staff, fostering a strong culture of compliance Oversee the investigation and reporting of compliance breaches and client complaints, ensuring ..... full job details .....
