Description
- Develop and implement reward strategies within assigned region that align with organisational objectives.
- Oversee the management of compensation and benefits programmes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure reward policies support talent retention and attraction.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive reward offerings.
- Provide expert advice on reward-related matters to HR and business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Lead on EU Pay Transparency Directive project
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and reward service providers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
Profile
A successful Head of Reward should have:
- Proven track record operating at Senior level within total reward within large, complex organisations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders to develop and execute reward strategies.
- A thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the field of rewards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within European or Global remits
