Head of Retail

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic retail professional to lead our extensive operation and experienced teams. You will drive performance, develop managers and nuture our growing volunteer base. To provide leadership, direction and coaching to a large team of staff. Ability to travel independently across Coventry and Warwickshire.
