The successful candidate will bring strong experience in private residential property management and a strategic approach to leadership. They will oversee financial performance, ensure excellent customer service, and manage key areas such as repairs, insurance claims, and statutory obligations. As an experienced leader, they will support and develop their team, building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
