Leading a wide-ranging operational service, you''ll be responsible for the delivery of responsive repairs, empty homes refurbishment, grounds maintenance, cleaning services and planned maintenance programmes. Working closely with tenants, colleagues and contractors, you''ll ensure we deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service that gets things right first time and achieves excellent levels of customer satisfaction. You''ll be part of the Senior Management Team, helping to shape and deliver our ambitions for customer experience, service excellence and value for money. You''ll lead multi-disciplinary teams and provide technical expertise across repairs, maintenance and facilities management, supporting the wider organisation to deliver safe, compliant and well-maintained homes.
