Head of Reliability

CompanyALPINE RACING LIMITEDJob DescriptionAre you ready to lead fault management and reliability across Alpine F1? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Reliability to drive fault resolution, system improvements, and cross-functional coordination to directly impact our performance on and off the track. This is a factory based role.Responsibilities

Act as the gatekeeper of the fault process, working closely with senior leadership to prioritise issues, assign ownership, implement containment actions, and approve resolutions.Chair all fault-related meetings, ensuring clarity, accountability, and progress tracking.Own and develop the fault Power BI dashboard in collaboration with IT.Analyse fault data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.Lead and arbitrate resource allocation for fault resolution across departments.Ensure robust High-Level (HL) plans are developed and enforced for all relevant faults.Present reliability updates for programmes and departments as required.Who We Are Looking For

Strong leadership and facilitation skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with fault management systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentSignificant experience in F1 engineering and design.Thorough understanding of Engineering first principles.Creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem solving.
