Head of Reliability

to drive fault resolution, system improvements, and cross-functional coordination to directly impact our performance on and off the track. This is a factory based role.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the gatekeeper of the fault process, working closely with senior leadership to prioritise issues, assign ownership, implement containment actions, and approve resolutions.

Chair all fault-related meetings, ensuring clarity, accountability, and progress tracking.

Own and develop the fault Power BI dashboard in collaboration with IT.

Analyse fault data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and arbitrate resource allocation for fault resolution across departments.

Ensure robust High-Level (HL) plans are developed and enforced for all relevant faults.

Present reliability updates for programmes and departments as required.

Who We Are Looking For

Strong leadership and facilitation skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience with fault management systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)

Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Significant experience in F1 engineering and design.

Thorough understanding of Engineering first principles.

Creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem solving. Analytical and pragmatic decision maker.

Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and latest materials technology.
