Leeds - Hybrid with 3 days on site 70,000 + 10,000 Bonus. Candidates MUST have experience with a regulated environement (Children''s Residential or Education) The Head of Recruitment and Onboarding will play a pivotal leadership role within the People team, driving the strategy and delivery of high-volume recruitment for frontline care, education, and support roles across the organisation. To ensure attracting, recruiting and onboarding the right talent and pace to meet ambitious gorwth and revenue targets. Leading a dedicated team of recruiters and onboarding specialists, the postholder will be accountable for creating a seamless, efficient, and candidate-focused journey from application through to start date. The Head of Recruitment and Onboarding will drive recruitment performance, reduce time-to-hire, optimise workforce utilisation, and implement continuous improvements across systems, processes, and reporting. By aligning recruitment delivery with operational demand and commercial objectives, this role is critical to enabling sustainable growth and ensuring we continue to provide outstanding support to children and young people in our care. ..... full job details .....
