This is a unique opportunity to head up the Quality and Technical function, driving GMP compliance and supporting Quality accreditation. About the RoleAs Head of Quality, you''ll lead the QA and QC teams, enforce GMP practices, and ensure robust quality systems across the site. You''ll work closely with production and clean room units, acting as the Subject Matter Expert during inspections and audits, and play a key role in achieving and maintaining regulatory accreditations. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the Quality unit, including QA and QC teams.Drive GMP compliance and oversee GxP documentation and protocols.Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.Qualify and manage external suppliers and partners.Ensure compliance with controlled drug handling and health and safety standards.
