Lead and manage quality assurance processes across the nursing homes.Manage a team of quality support managers.Develop and implement quality improvement plans.Monitor compliance with regulatory standards.Conduct regular audits and inspections.Provide training and support to staff on quality standards.Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement.Report on quality metrics to senior leadership.Package and Benefits
