Head Of Quality

Head of Quality Worcester £80,000 to £100,000 Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Quality to lead and develop the quality function across a manufacturing business. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving quality standards, supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Experience within a complex manufacturing environment such as aerospace, automotive or similar is highly desirable. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement the company''s quality strategy, promoting a culture of continuous improvement Lead, mentor and develop the Quality team to achieve business objectives Manage supplier quality performance, including supplier audits, scorecards, non-conformances and corrective actions Ensure products, processes and materials meet customer, regulatory and internal quality standards Oversee ISO compliance, quality systems, internal and external audits Lead root cause investigations using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA and CAPA Analyse quality KPIs and report on performance to senior management Work closely with Operations, Technical and Supply Chain teams to improve processes and product quality Drive customer satisfaction by supporting the resolution of quality issues and implementing preventative measures Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a Head of Quality, Quality Manager or Quality Director role within manufacturing Strong knowledge of supplier quality management and quality systems ..... full job details .....
