Head of Quality Onsite, 5 days a week 80,000 - 90,000 per annum + Bonus + Car allowance ( 100k OTE) Worcestershire An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Quality to lead and drive development of the quality function within a world-class manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a fifteen strong quality department shaping and delivering the quality strategy, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. This role offers significant influence across the business and will suit a strategic quality leader who can drive performance, lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable improvements across quality, manufacturing and operational processes. Strategic Leadership Develop and implement the business quality strategy aligned to operational and commercial objectives. Lead all quality-related activities across the site. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Contribute to business planning, annual budgets and strategic decision-making. Monitor and report quality performance to senior leadership. Quality Management Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and industry standards. Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actions. Reduce customer complaints, PPM levels, scrap, rework and cost of quality. ..... full job details .....
