Head of Quality Compliance FTC (6 months)Location: Hybrid Travel to Borehamwood and Aylesbury sites as requiredStart Date: ASAPContract Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) open to flexible arrangements (4 days/week possible)Salary: Equivalent to £70,000£80,000 per annum OR £500/day (outside IR35 contractor option available)A rapidly growing international business with a strong presence across more than 17 countries is seeking a Head of Quality Compliance to provide maternity cover for a 6-month period.You will lead initiatives that ensure the organisation not only meets but exceeds regulatory and customer expectations in product quality and service delivery. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance and senior stakeholders to align compliance efforts with business goals.You will manage and develop a team of three direct reports (Internal Auditor, Compliance Officer, and Quality Compliance Operative), ensuring strong governance, smooth audits, and operational resilience during this critical period.Key Responsibilities:Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO9001, ISO22716 (Cosmetics GMP), FDA, TGA, and other regulatory standards.Ensure changes to quality processes and systems are communicated, implemented, and monitored effectively.Lead internal and external audits, including unannounced inspections, ensuring corrective and preventive actions ..... full job details .....
