Lead the development and execution of QA strategy across all tech platforms.Oracle Simphony or Front of house/restaurant technology experience.Own QA processes for Oracle Simphony and/or related hospitality systems.Define testing standards, introduce automation where appropriate, and ensure supplier quality.Coordinate UAT, manage defects, and report progress to senior stakeholders.Ensure all systems meet performance, security, and operational standards.Location
