Ideal Requirements for the Head of QA/RA Bring deep expertise in Quality and Regulatory leadership: Leverage 8+ years of experience (including team leadership) to drive high standards of compliance and performance within complex, regulated environments. Be the subject matter expert in global standards: Apply strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, CE marking, and FDA requirements, with proven experience supporting successful regulatory submissions. Lead and optimise Quality Management Systems: Demonstrate hands-on experience managing QMS within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, ensuring systems are both compliant and operationally effective.
