This is an excellent opportunity to provide interim leadership to our high-performing Quality and Safety Team during a key period of transition.This is an exciting opportunity for a senior quality, governance or patient safety professional to lead a diverse portfolio covering risk management, patient safety, health and safety, clinical audit, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the Trust continues to deliver the highest standards of quality and safety across its services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and management to an experienced Quality and Safety Team, maintaining high standards of performance and deliveryOversee the effective management of risks, incidents, audits, and compliance activities in line with Trust standardsLead the delivery of the Trust''s Quality Priorities and Quality Account for 2026/27Support and coordinate the Quality and Safety Committee, ensuring robust governance and reporting arrangementsContribute to and provide expert support for key committees, including Clinical Governance, Risk and Safety, and other corporate governance forumsLead preparations for external regulatory inspections and visits, including CQC reviewsProvide expert advice and assurance on patient safety, risk management, governance, ..... full job details .....
