Head of QA and Service Delivery

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and strategic leader to establish and spearhead our clients QA and Service Delivery function. This is a pivotal role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our QA and Release Management operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client''s software releases, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing the overall service delivery capabilities. This role offers a great opportunity to build and shape a critical function within a growing technology company, working closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and contribute significantly to the success of the business.
