Head of Property Operations - Victoria, London £50,000-£55,000 + End-of-Year Bonus My client, an established independent estate agency based in Victoria, is seeking a commercially minded and experienced Head of Property Operations to oversee the day-to-day running and continued development of the business. This senior leadership role requires a well-rounded property professional with a strong understanding of residential sales and lettings, alongside proven experience in residential property management and block management.Working closely with the business owners, you will take responsibility for operational performance across the agency, driving efficiency, developing teams, improving profitability and identifying opportunities for growth. You will play a key role in shaping business strategy, maintaining high service standards and ensuring all departments operate effectively and commercially. Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall operations of the agency, including sales, lettings, residential property management and block management. Work with the business owners to implement business objectives, improve performance and support long-term growth. Monitor KPIs, revenue, profitability and departmental performance, identifying opportunities to improve commercial results.
