This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office. You''ll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is up to £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.Key Responsibilties;Ensure the operational performance of the property management team meets and exceeds client expectations across the portfolio of properties.Act as the main point of contact and ambassador for clients, aligning their interests and culture with Lomond and ensuring exceptional service delivery.Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to better understand their needs and provide a high standard of service.Drive a customer-centric approach to operational management.Identify and capitalise on asset management and value-add opportunities across the portfolio.Ensure periodic reports are submitted and presented in accordance with the required mandate.Lead, manage and mentor the property management team.We''re not just looking for someone who fits our ..... full job details .....
