Previous Property Manager experience is essentialARLA qualified desirableHighly organised and has a positive work ethicAbility to work well under pressureOrganise and manage your time and workloadComputer literateStrong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsUpbeat personality and strong work ethicClean UK Driving licenseRole responsibilities

Conducting property inspections and overseeing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reportsCo-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issuesNegotiating tenancy renewals and extensionsHandling deposit returns in line with regulationsManaging rental arrears and resolving disputesProcessing eviction requests where necessaryBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenantsManaging a team of property managersMonitoring and supporting team performance through regular one-to-onesEnsuring the business remains risk-averse and fully compliant with all relevant ..... full job details .....
