What We’re Looking For:
A senior estates or FM professional with experience in
multi-site operations , ideally within care, healthcare, retail, or hospitality
Strong knowledge of
compliance, HandS regulations, and building standards
Proven experience in leading teams and scaling estates functions during
periods of growth or transformation
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
A hands-on leader with the ability to thrive in a
dynamic, evolving environment
