The Head of Property, who will support with Facilities, will lead the national property and facilities management function across a 40+ sites across the UK. The Head of Property can be based from any of their main locations, with the understanding of visiting their sites on a weekly or monthly basis. The Head of Property role This is a senior leadership position, looking after a team of circa 6 people, who are placed in different parts of the country. So remote management skills would be a plus. The role will be paying circa £80,000 You will be looking after a £7-£10M property budget, leading the function of planned and preventative projects, improvement plans and sustainability and ESG programmes.
