Head of Property and Facilities 80,000 + 7,000 car allowance + 15-20% bonus National UK remit Hybrid / Multi-siteThis is a senior property leadership opportunity for an experienced commercial building professional looking to take ownership of a substantial UK-wide property and facilities portfolio.You''ll be joining a large, established international business with a significant operational estate, leading the property and facilities function across 43 UK sites and playing a key role in keeping the estate safe, compliant, efficient and fit for purpose.This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage the day-to-day. You''ll have the opportunity to shape property strategy, lead a strong professional team, influence senior stakeholders and drive improvements across a complex national estate.Location: UK-wide remit.
