OUR CLIENT are UK wide specialist commercial property and asset managers. They are now seeking an experienced Head of Property Accounts. This is a senior leadership role responsible for full production of the client / service charge accounts and managing client relationships. THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop the Client Accounts team, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support. Oversee the client accounting function for a nationwide commercial property portfolio. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of service charge accounts in accordance with RICS Professional Standards. Oversee all aspects of rental income, including income processing, banks reconciliations, and client reporting. Review and approve client account reconciliations.
