Head of Property

An established, privately owned property investment company is seeking an experienced Head of Property to lead the performance and strategic direction of a diverse UK real estate portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee a multi-sector portfolio comprising commercial, residential, hotel and mixed-use assets. This is a broad leadership position with responsibility for asset strategy, operational performance, leasing, capital expenditure, compliance and the continued enhancement of portfolio value.You will develop and deliver long-term asset strategies across the portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase income, improve operational performance and maximise investment returns. Key responsibilities will include:Leading annual business planning, budgeting and valuation processes across all asset classesIdentifying redevelopment, repositioning and value-add opportunitiesSupporting acquisition underwriting, due diligence and the integration of new assetsOverseeing internal property teams and external property and facilities management providersManaging rental income, operating expenditure, capital expenditure and portfolio performanceEstablishing consistent KPIs, reporting and performance dashboardsDeveloping leasing, occupancy, renewal and pricing strategiesLeading negotiations with commercial tenants, retail brands, institutional occupiers and other key stakeholdersOverseeing commercial refurbishments, residential upgrades, hotel improvement programmes and ..... full job details .....
