Portfolio Management: Oversee acquisition, development, leasing, and maintenance of all properties. Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis to maximise returns. Team Development: Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team across Estates, Facilities, and Property Design. Compliance and Risk: Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage risk across the portfolio. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with landlords, investors, government bodies, and partners.ProfileThe ideal candidate for this role will have: Bachelor''s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field (Master''s or MRICS/CPM/CCIM preferred). 10-15 years'' experience in property management or development, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
