Head of Projects Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Projects to join a leading FM provider covering a muliple sites in London. This is a full time permanent position paying up too £90,000 per annum with a car allowance and generous bonus scheme, Key Responsibilities of the Head of Projects: Develop and lead teams providing training and development Generate a sales pipeline to deliver revenues to the business unit Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Ensure the safe delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence. Plan and develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of opportunities. Ensure projects are delivered on all maintenance contracts. Manage Business unit forecast Negotiate contractual obligations and disputes upstream and downstream Head of Projects essential experience: Proven track record of delivering projects for a main contractor Experience of developing new project opportunities Proven experience of running a PandL Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals. ..... full job details .....
