Head of Projects / Senior Contracts Manager Commercial Flooring Clear Progression to Director from day 1 Location: Brentwood, Essex projects across London and the South East Salary: £75,000 £95,000 DOE + package Are you an experienced Contracts Manager within commercial flooring, ready to take on a broader leadership role? Or an established Head of Projects / Senior Contracts Manager looking to help shape the operations of a growing contractor? An established commercial flooring contractor is looking for an experienced operational leader to oversee its expanding project portfolio. With a strong flow of new work across London and the South East, the business needs someone who can take ownership of delivery, strengthen its installation resource and keep multiple projects running effectively. This is a hands-on senior role with the opportunity to influence how projects, people and resources are managed as the company grows. The Role You will oversee commercial flooring projects from handover through to completion, working closely with clients, main contractors, the commercial team and installation teams. Your responsibilities will include: Taking overall ownership of a portfolio of live commercial flooring projects. Allocating workloads and supporting Project Managers and Contracts Managers. Planning installation programmes, labour requirements and resources across multiple sites.
