The business has reached a point where the Directors are still heavily involved in the day to day delivery of projects. They now want to step back from that and focus on growing the business, which is why they are looking to bring in two senior people to take ownership of project delivery. There are two positions available. One will focus on projects up to around £1.5 million, while the other will take responsibility for the larger £3 million to £5 million schemes. You’ll need to be someone who is comfortable leading people, making decisions and taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do. This is a senior position where your experience will genuinely shape how the business operates as it grows. Your experience You’ll need a strong background in commercial Cat A and Cat B fit out, with experience managing teams and delivering projects successfully.
