      <description>Location: Bolton | Salary: &amp;pound;70000 - &amp;pound;75000/annum | Type: Permanent | The Company:    We are working with a Lancashire based contractor who are looking for a Head of Projects to join their team. This is a really good opportunity with a growing business who take on fit out and refurbishment projects in the commercial, leisure and social housing sectors.       The Role:    As Head of Projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing all operational aspects of project delivery across the business. This is a senior, hands-on role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and commercial awareness.  Oversee the management and utilisation of the direct labour force  Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across the operational team.  Oversee the preparation, review, and implementation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).  Prepare project programmes to ensure they are realistic and achievable.      You:    You will have experience working as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor on similar projects to those mentioned above.
