Technical HVAC / Mechanical BackgroundOur client is looking to appoint an experienced Projects Director / Head of Projects to lead and oversee the successful delivery of major projects across the business.This is a senior leadership position, ideally suited to an experienced project professional with a strong technical HVAC / mechanical engineering background and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception through to completion.The RoleAs Projects Director / Head of Projects, you will take overall responsibility for the effective delivery of projects, providing strategic leadership while ensuring programmes are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to the highest technical standards.You will lead project teams, manage key client and stakeholder relationships, oversee budgets and programmes, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction across the project function.Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects.Lead, develop and mentor project management and technical teams.Manage project budgets, programmes, resources and commercial performance.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, technical, quality and HandS requirements.Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and commercial issues.Oversee project planning, procurement, ..... full job details .....
