      <description>Location: Cambridge | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Head of Projects      Location - Cambridge (Hybrid)  Duration - 6 Months (Initially)  IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)     We are seeking an experienced  Head of Projects  to lead the delivery and governance of a complex portfolio of large-scale, multi-partner programmes. This is a senior role with responsibility for project operations, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.   Key Responsibilities    Lead the planning, delivery, and reporting of a diverse portfolio of projects.  Manage budgets, resources, and governance across funded programmes.  Act as senior point of contact for partners, funders, and stakeholders.  Oversee operational activity including finance, IT, facilities, and reporting.  Recruit, manage, and develop project and administrative staff.  Support strategic planning, new project development, and continuous improvement.
