You’ll be expected to champion CM as a modern, client-focused delivery model and help position it as a core service offering moving forward.What you’ll be doing:Leading and growing the Project Management function in London and the South EastTaking full responsibility for divisional PandL and performanceOverseeing end-to-end project delivery - from strategy and planning through to aftercareDeveloping and nurturing key client relationshipsDriving business development and new opportunitiesChampioning and expanding the Construction Management offeringCollaborating with fellow Directors to shape and deliver company-wide strategic objectivesLeading, mentoring, and developing a growing teamPlaying an active role in recruitment, retention, and building a culture of excellenceWhat we’re looking forWe’re seeking someone entrepreneurial, driven, and influential - a natural leader with both the technical expertise and commercial acumen to grow a business. You’ll bring strategic thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering real value to clients.Key requirements:Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar)A proven track record of delivering complex residential and commercial projectsStrong experience in Construction Management, with the vision and passion to expand this offeringExpertise across all aspects of project delivery - strategy, pre-construction, design, procurement, delivery and aftercareConfident in stakeholder engagement, client interface and team leadershipCommercially astute, with strong financial management skills and data-driven decision makingExcellent communicator who can engage, influence and inspire at all levelsSound understanding of contracts, procurement and risk managementWhat’s on offerYou’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking consultancy at a time of significant opportunity.
