The opportunity As the business continues to grow its pipeline of prestigious Cotswolds schemes, our client is looking to appoint a Head of Project Delivery to take strategic and operational ownership of construction across their portfolio. This is a senior hire for a developer that doesn''t compromise on quality, working directly with the leadership team from their Bristol head office to ensure every home is delivered to the exceptional standard their customers demand. Having operated at Contracts Manager level myself, I know this type of role requires someone who is equally at home reviewing a programme and a cost plan as they are walking a site and challenging a subcontractor on their finish.
