Head of Programme Management Office - AI and Transformation We are looking for an experienced Head of Programme Management Office to take a leading role in a major business transformation, helping an ambitious technology organisation evolve the way it plans, governs and delivers strategic change. This is far more than a traditional PMO leadership position. The successful individual will help shape a modern, AI-enabled operating environment, introducing smarter ways of working, simplifying governance and ensuring the organisation can move quickly without losing control, visibility or accountability. The Role You will take ownership of the PMO function and develop a practical, commercially focused approach to portfolio management that supports a fast-moving organisation. Rather than introducing governance for governance''s sake, the focus will be on creating simple, effective frameworks that improve decision-making, accelerate delivery and provide leadership with clear visibility across strategic initiatives. A major part of the position will also be supporting the organisation''s adoption of AI. This includes helping teams understand how AI, copilots and emerging agent-based technologies can change the way work is delivered, while ensuring the people and cultural aspects of that transition are managed effectively.
