The company s growing fast with new product lines, new kit and more investment. They just need someone to pull the production side together and make it run sharper. You ll report to the Finance Director and take charge of five sites, ten lines, three distribution hubs and around a dozen people who know their jobs inside out. They just need more consistency, better systems and a bit of stretch. You ll need to be hands-on. The kind of leader who s as comfortable on the factory floor as in a board meeting. Someone who earns respect by showing up, listening and knowing when to roll their sleeves up. It s not broken, but there is room for improvement. Some days you ll be sorting shift patterns or fixing bottlenecks. Other days you ll be with the MD and Innovation Director planning for the next product launch. You ll modernise processes, cut waste and help deliver on the company s goal of making manufacturing cleaner and more efficient.
