The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical delivery.About The Role: We are seeking a Head of Product to own the ParcelHero product suite, including our flagship price comparison service and the ParcelHero Pro platform. You will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and represent product in engineering meetings to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery. The ideal candidate has a background in sales/marketing and a deep understanding of software development and engineering processes to collaborate effectively with tech teams.Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision: Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with company goals and market opportunitiesCross-functional Leadership: Bridge sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support to balance commercial and technical needs in product decisionsEngineering Collaboration: Represent product in engineering meetings; prioritise features, resolve trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveryMarket and Customer Insight: Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape features, and drive adoptionGo-to-Market Partnership: Collaborate with marketing and sales for successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablementData-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs, analyse usage/adoption metrics, and optimise the product based on insightsTeam Building: Build and lead a high-performing product team as the function scalesWhat We’re Looking For

Fluent English: You should be fluent in both written and spoken EnglishExperience: 5+ years in product management/ownership, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or marketplacesTechnical Fluency: Strong experience working with engineering teams; understanding of software architecture, APIs, and development workflowsCommercial Acumen: Background in sales/marketing with ability to align product strategy with revenue growth and customer needsLeadership: Ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholdersExecution: Proven track record delivering complex digital products from concept to launch and growthAnalytical and Strategic: Data-driven mindset with ability to balance vision with detailed analysisCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent product internally and externallyAgile and Discovery: Familiarity with agile development, product discovery, and roadmap prioritisation frameworksPrevious leadership of a product team in a scaling SaaS companyBenefits
