Working closely with senior leadership, this position will suit someone who thrives on balancing commercial priorities, technical decision-making and team leadership.About the role This strategic leadership role will see you managing and driving the product roadmap across multiple development functions, ensuring projects are prioritised effectively and delivered efficiently. You will oversee Business Analysts, Developers, Offshore Developers and Testing teams, helping to improve collaboration, streamline processes and strengthen decision-making across the product lifecycle.
