Head of ProductWhat you will do:Work directly with the CEO to design and implement the future of our product strategyManage and coach a team of Product Managers and Designers who are each responsible for the vision and delivery individual productsDeeply understand and critically assess how commercial, operational and technical parts of our business work, to bring commerciality to product prioritisation decisionsEnsure the latest innovations in energy markets, EV charging and AI applications are consideredCollaborate with our AI Engineering team to embed intelligence into the products we offerWhat skills and experience you should have to fit this role:Required:experience in a senior product role in a fast-paced, high growth scale-upexperience delivering and scaling hardware with proprietary firmware as well as software and digital productsTechnical fluency to allow you to contribute to engineering discussions; understanding trade-offs, but still enabling vision and fostering innovationexperience hiring, leading, and mentoring Product Managers and DesignersEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership; you must be prepared to be hands-onDesirable:Knowledge of the energy sector, home energy management and how the grid worksKnowledge of the EV industry;Technical understanding of IoT devicesUnderstanding of how LLMs work, how to operate them at scale, as well as how to design and deploy agents Location London, UK Trading as TEKsystems.
