They''re looking for a Head of Menswear with an extensive Design background to take the creative lead across the category and help define what comes next.This role will suit someone looking to have real influence over the product, the creative direction and the evolution of the menswear offer, working closely with the senior leadership team to push the brand forward. What you''ll be doing:Set the creative vision and overall design direction for menswear.Lead the development of collections from initial concept through to final product.Identify trends, opportunities and newness that will keep the brand ahead of the competition.Ensure every collection has a strong commercial purpose without losing its creative edge.Work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Product Development to deliver the range.Lead and inspire the menswear design team, raising standards and encouraging new ideas.Present concepts, ranges and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.Help shape the longer-term growth strategy for the menswear division.
