Head of Product GovernancePart of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 1000 firms as business partners and circa 3000 advisors working alongside us. The Financial Services division also includes TMA (Mortgage Club) and Linear Financial Solutions.We are keen to recruit a highly experienced Head of Product Governance for the FS Division.The role will oversee and manage the product governance framework across our proposition, manage product and proposition risk, alongside creating, developing, and maximising new product and proposition innovation.What the role entails:To identify and interpret product and proposition regulation and risks and the subsequent delivery and oversight of a framework to manage these.To design, deliver and oversee a due diligence process that ensures the appropriate assessment of new panel providers and lenders.To design, deliver and oversee product line reviews and tenders to ensure the appropriateness of existing panels and/or the delivery of new propositionsOwnership of proposition and product data, highlighting insights, opportunities, and risks.To provide project management for product and proposition led projects and represent the division in other business projects.To provide the conduit between the proposition team and group legal in the management of contractual negotiations with panel providers.
