Head of Product Development

We are currently working in partnership with an established, growing SaaS company, specialising in marketing analytics, call tracking, AI and data-driven insights. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Head of Product Development to join the Senior Leadership Team and take ownership of our product vision, strategy and roadmap. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, with a high level of ownership. You will work closely with the Development Manager, Marketing and wider business to turn customer and commercial needs into a clear, deliverable product roadmap. Responsibilities Own and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap. Translate business and customer priorities into clear product requirements and delivery plans. Lead roadmap planning, prioritisation and backlog management. Work closely with Engineering to manage product delivery and releases. Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Engineering and Leadership. Manage delivery risks and remove barriers to execution. Establish effective product management and discovery practices across the business. Requirements Proven experience defining and delivering successful SaaS products. Product Management experience, ideally in a SaaS/Marketing Analytics software background Strong product road-mapping experience with good Agile skills and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
