This is a rare opportunity to build a design function from the ground up - design system, processes, standards, and eventually a team while working closely with the CEO, Product and Engineering, with real influence over strategy and roadmap.You''ll be:Owning web and mobile product design end to endBuilding the design function from scratch, including design system, process and standardsWorking on complex enterprise UX for security operators, IT and facilities teamsBalancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution: research, UX, UI, prototyping, Figma, dev handoffPartnering closely with the CEO and cross-functional leads on product directionYou''ll need:7+ years in product design, with 2+ years in design leadershipA track record of shipping exceptional mobile and web products at scaleDeep experience building and scaling design systems and component librariesA portfolio showing both strategic thinking and strong executionComfort operating at executive level, with a high sense of urgencyStartup experience, and to be making a lateral move into this kind ..... full job details .....
