Overview

Head of Product and Partnerships (Mat Cover) – maternity contract. We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to join our team to shape partnerships with streaming platforms while driving the success of our streaming products, including direct-to-consumer services, SVOD, and FAST channels such as Inside Crime, History Hunters and more. This is a hybrid role based in the London office.Key Responsibilities

Managing Commercial Relationships with Streaming Partners: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners; identify opportunities to enhance partnerships and drive revenue growth; serve as the main contact for SVOD partners; address partner inquiries and issues promptly; ensure alignment between partners and our strategic goals.Coordinating Support for External Partners with Internal Teams: Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless support for external partners; facilitate effective communication between external partners and internal departments; proactively resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.Onboarding Project Management of New Digital Platforms: Lead onboarding for new digital platforms; manage timelines, deliverables, and resources; coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless integration and execution.Product Management: Oversee pricing updates, onboarding of new products and services, product launches, vendor management, app store submissions, metadata management, and resolution of customer service product inquiries.Competencies

5 years of experience in product management, partnership management, or a related roleStrong understanding of digital platforms, SVOD services, and the digital media landscapeProven track record of managing complex projects and motivating cross-functional collaborationExceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficient in project management tools and softwareDesirable Requirements

Experience in the media or entertainment industryKnowledge of app store submission processes and technical requirementsTechnical understanding of metadata and related data management issuesAbout Us
