HEAD OF PRODUCT and COMMERCIAL GROWTH Polegate, East Sussex Are you ready to take ownership of the commercial growth strategy for an ambitious, community-focused business? This isn t a role where you simply inherit a product portfolio and keep it ticking over. We re looking for a commercially sharp, customer-focused leader who can spot opportunities, shape compelling propositions and turn insight into measurable revenue and margin growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you ll have real influence over the company s products, pricing, customer propositions and future direction across residential, business and partnership markets. THE OPPORTUNITY You ll take the lead on the product and commercial roadmap, developing broadband packages, add-on services, pricing strategies, bundles and growth initiatives that increase customer take-up, retention, revenue and lifetime value. Working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and IT/Network teams, you ll bring people together around clear commercial priorities and ensure that great ideas are practical, properly costed and successfully delivered.
