Responsibilities: Define and implement UK Procurement strategies based on demand, market and supplier analysis to ensure long-term, cost-efficient, and reliable supply of materials in the required quality Lead and develop a UK-based team of Strategic Procurement experts and commodity managers Oversee procurement activities for bids, projects and our Poole manufacturing site, ensuring competitive advantage and cost optimisation Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and frame agreements for components, commodities and specialist engineering services Conduct supplier audits, develop supply partners from a technology and capability perspective Identify and implement cost savings, manage KPIs and report results transparently Drive cross-functional sourcing decisions with RandD, product management, engineering and operational teams Champion design-to-cost and innovation initiatives in collaboration with key suppliers Execute global procurement strategy for Indirect Materials and Services and support ESG objectives within the UK supply chain Align UK strategies with global procurement functions, ensuring consistency with commodity and supplier ..... full job details .....
