Head of Procurement As Head of Procurement, you will lead the procurement function, delivering a commercially focused, value-driven procurement strategy across ATG''s UK estate of theatres, venues, and corporate offices. Reporting to the UK Hospitality Director, you will be responsible for developing procurement capability, driving cost efficiencies, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring robust governance across all third-party spend. The primary focus of the role is Food and Beverage and hospitality-led procurement, with broader responsibility spanning Goods and Services Not for Resale (GNFR), encompassing strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiation, and supplier performance across both areas. You will partner with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure procurement supports operational excellence, commercial growth, and exceptional customer experiences.
