Head of Procurement and Supply Chain 55,000 - 75,000 (DOE) + Car / Car Allowance + Bonus + BenefitsPermanent Full TimeWe are working with a leading contractor within the Social Housing, Property Services and Maintenance sector to recruit an experienced Head of Procurement and Supply Chain.This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to take ownership of procurement and supply chain strategy, delivering cost savings, improving supplier performance and introducing smarter procurement processes across the business.The role will take responsibility for procurement and supply chain activity across a broad range of categories, including: Building and construction materials, roofing materials, electrical and plumbing, materials, Kitchens and bathroom, Fire safety products, PPE and workwear, Plant and tool hire, Waste management and Specialist subcontractors and services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the procurement and supply chain strategyNegotiate supplier pricing, rebates and framework agreementsIdentify and deliver cost-saving opportunitiesSource, onboard and manage suppliers and subcontractorsManage supplier performance, compliance and commercial riskUndertake spend analysis and monitor market trendsDevelop supplier reporting and performance dashboardsIntroduce digital, automated and AI-enabled procurement solutionsWork closely with operational and commercial teams across the businessExperience RequiredMinimum 5 years'' Procurement Management ..... full job details .....
